A home by the sea, not just a place to sleep

Blanca Rosa was completely renovated with the care you would put into your own home: sage green kitchen, stone worktops, oak floors, botanical linen and plenty of light.

The windows face north over the park, so the apartment stays pleasantly cool in summer. In winter, underfloor heating keeps it warm, which makes it a favourite for long stays in the mild Costa Blanca off-season.

Life in Santa Pola

Morning coffee by the marina, the fish auction at the harbour, rice dishes that locals queue for, and more than 300 days of sunshine a year. Santa Pola is lively in summer and pleasantly calm in spring, autumn and winter.

RomanWarsaw, Poland, April 2025

The location is great without exaggeration. Two beaches, playgrounds, the park, supermarkets, the harbour, the market, cafés and restaurants, all a few minutes on foot. Ideal for a holiday with a small child and without a car.

Beautiful modern apartment with a really well-equipped kitchen. Good location, a quality food shop in the next block, the beach close by.
